Pigeon racing is a popular sport all over the world.

Owners take their birds to prearranged places. release them and the pigeons with unerring ability find their way home.

Years ago a Pembrokshire (UK) pigeon fancier released his bird expecting him to be home by the evening.

Eleven years later the bird turned up dead, in a box with a Brazilian postmark - it came by airmail!
